At Neelam Foodland Mumbai, we strive to provide the highest quality snacks and food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or expired products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Process

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
- 2.Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your request and the provided images to verify the eligibility for a return or replacement based on our food safety standards.
- 3.Pickup or Disposal
Depending on the product type and location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for the safe disposal of the item.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched immediately.
